where is my purchase??

previously purchased a "game pack" for Deer Hunter on my original iphone 4s as well as two other "game packs". when my screen broke, i received a new iphone and restored the last backup which did not include this last purchase. is there any way i can be reimbursed or that this purchase can be transferred?
