Why is there a gap in my phone call log?

Hi There. I would appreciate any clear answer to the following question:

I know the iPhone 5 has a limited number of entries in the call logs but it seems haphazard.

There are approx 100 logs from today, Saturday, till last Thursday. All good so far.

Today is 29th March, Thursday was 27th March.

After Thursday on the call history there are another 10 or so records the first being from the 15th March.

There seems to be a gap of 12 days. The phone was being used.

The iPhone call log keeps 100 entries at the most.

If you try to add a 101st entry, I don't know how that occurs. But it undoubtedly explains the gap.

I strongly suggest clearing out some of your call log.

Thank yopu for the reply.

The call logs go from today back 100 calls to Thursday 27th March 2014.

Then they start again at 12th March 2014 back till 16th October 2013, with a further 22 calls.

There were more than 22 calls made in that time.

ALL of these 22 calls are tagged with "face time"

Is that why???
