I find it very annoying. And not correct from apple

There are no Snow Leopard updates from that date. You aren't even using 10.6.8, so you have no access to the App Store.
Of course not!
With SL you have access to the appstore!

Sorry, but I haven't a clue what you are talking about. I'm not quite sure you know either.
I've not seen that update, it's not been installed on my SL installation, and best thing to do is disable autochecking in the Software Update prefPane. These are what I've installed:

Some of us have been subjected to this. In my case it was even installed without my knowledge, perhaps during a visit to the App store. (Only happened on a Mini running SL. I have not yet checked my MB on Lion. Of course it will not happen on my MBP that is already running Mavericks.)
