I have an Itouch 5. When I try to open the internet, a message from "http://secureandroid.mobi" tells me my "Ipod Touch 4th Gen*" camera has 3 viruses?

I try to open Safari & a message from "http://secureandroid.mobi" pops up- this is the full message:

"iOS Alert! Your Apple Ipod Touch 4th Gen* camera has been infected with (3) viruses. If left unresolved, your photos and videos may be hacked. Tap OK now to update the camera app and remove the threats."

Is this a phishing scam, or legitimate? What do I do now?

iPod touch, iOS 7.1

plishing/scam. I would go to Settings>Safari and Clear Cookies. Data and History and not go to that site for a while. Seems like an infected site.
