To completely disable it, open the Messages app, go to Messages>Preferences>Accounts, select your iCloud account, then uncheck "Enable this account". If you want to leave it enabled and only want to stop the messages from your iPhone from appearing on your Mac, uncheck the phone number under "You can be reached by iMessage at".
