Gaming on macbook pro 13

Hello everybody,

I have been searching the web for a clear, and statistic proved fact concerning gaming on a Macbook Pro mid 2012 13"

I know, I know, they're not build and made for gaming, but I happen to love to some some games on it. I don't mind the crappy performance due to the integrated GPU, but I'd really like to know if it can dammage the components. And about reducing it's life-span, I know it will happen, it's just like driving a car on really high speed constantly will drasticly decrease it's life span!
