I submitted the code that I got for the 'Jungle Book' movie and iTunes accepted it. I was able to download the movie but the iTunes Extra kept crashing on me. The full movie was downloaded but I never got the iTunes Extra. Does anyone know how to get the Extra to download?

This can be done by choosing 'Check for Available Downloads' from the Store menu in iTunes.
The primary content for an album or movie will download directly to the device; the iTunes LP or iTunes Extras will download to iTunes on your computer when you choose Store > Check for Available Downloads.
