How can I re-run setup assistant without resetting my iPhone?

I just got my iPhone 5S and all my contacts and informationare on it. I've got alot of contacts and information and I don't want to reset my iPhone and lose it all. I want to know if there's a way to re-run setup assistant without resetting my iPhone. I also want to transfer my old games and stuff from my iPod to my new iPhone, and I can't transfer without getting to setup assistant. Please help.
