Complications in changing MacBook Pro Name

I am trying to changing the name of my macbook, the name that comes beside the "house" or "home".

I bought this Macbook used from someone about 1 or 2 years ago. To change the name, I need the password of the previous owner's iCloud account. HELP!!

I've lost all contact with the previous owner 😟😕😢
