Cannot transfer purchases to formatted PC

Hi,

I recently formatter my pc and re intalled the latest version of itunes, i have added all my music again but i have purchased most of my songs using my ipod and i can not transfer the songs from my ipod to my computer using itunes,

I have tried several times using File-Device-Transfer purchases from Ipod, but is not transfering anything, i have tried unninstalling and installing itunes and restarting my conmputer.

What can i do?

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.6
