I have iphone 5 and iOS 7.1

when I try to play some videos on YouTube.com in safari always ask to install the latest flash player which I don't find possible in iphone.

Any suggestion would be welcome to solve this problem.

Flash is not supported on iOS devices, and probably never will be. If they don't play in Safari then you could try the YouTube app and see if that plays them
