How can i disable 2 step verification?

Hi GUYS,

I have setup 2 step verifiacation 3 weeks earlier on my iphone, but the iphone has been replaced with another iphone so i could not get the verifiation code and i do not have the recovery key as well. As apple support stated that the only way is to open a new account but i was wondering if anyone know something more than this. I have also redeemed itunes card to this account and could not use it as well as it requires 2 step verifcation. I have used this itunes code a few days ago and it work without requiring me to enter the verifaction code but i do not know what happen now. PLEASE HELP!!
