Q: Virus?

While on the internet after visiting a site it said YOUR CAMERA ON YOUR IPAD HAS BEEN INFECTED AND THAT YOUR PICTURES MAY BE HACKED. LIKE AN IDIOT I HIT OKAY WHEN IT SAID HIT OKAY TO PREVENT. CAN THIS REALLY HAPPEN. Thanks

After that I updated my iPad to ios7, would this solve it?

Currently there's no known virus affecting iPad as long as you do not Jailbreak your iPad.

Oh okay, it just freaked me out that it was specific and said camera on my iPad 2. So I shouldn't worry, really don't know much about this type of thing.

This is a known scam going around right now. It can't hurt you. Some people have been redirected to the App Store, to a particular camera app. If you did, and if you downloaded it, you should delete it. But beyond deleting that app, don't worry about it any further.
