Q: I set a restriction code on my daughters iphone so her location services are off. But I forgot the password.

How do I reset my daughters Restriction Password? When I bought her the iphone 5 I put a restriction pass code and I want to fix her restrictions but I forgot the password. 

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1

    Hello Yasmingaray,

     

    It sounds like you cannot remember the Restrictions Passcode that was set up on the phone. According to the following resource, you will need to restore the phone and set it up as a new device to reset that.

     

    Note: If you forget this passcode, you'll need to restore the iPhone software to change restrictions.
