I am getting a new silver iphone 5s from apple would i be able to go get the black one?
iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1
i was wondering if they would swap colors

No they won't swap. If the device was purchased fewer than 14 calendar days ago, it can be returned, and then you can purchase the other color.
