Hey guys could you help with really big issue that I have . Well couple days ago I bought the iPhone five 5 online so get this really get this cheap prise I get crazy because love apple product I have almost all apples product I have the iMac , iPod , mini ipad it is like a collection almost i I just Need the IPhone so saw the iPhone really good price as I said and also good condition but today went to conect p the iPhone that I bough the the people who we're activating ask me about the Apple ID and password and get cold because I but this online so who do I could get that information so go home send email to the seller he dint replay so know I don't go refund I donot have money I guess if could help because really frustrate and I know you do all this for safety some get love their iPhone or iPad but think people like me that get thick like I think it should have other soliton and I have prove really bought this iPhone online and get trick for no knowing this issue.

Sorry there is no other solution. You need to have the previous owner remove his iCloud account from the device and remove the device from his iCloud account:


Removing Previous Owner from Device


This is the Activation Lock, and there is no way around it:


ACTIVATION LOCK


If you are unable to get the previous owner to remove their information, you need to return it for a refund. It is completely useless to you if the previous owner information is not removed by that owner.

Yeah - eBay has a money-back guarantee, so contact them if the seller does not respond. And any time you are purchasing from eBay, be sure to see how many people have rated the seller and what rating they have. That will go a long way to protecting you from the start:
