I'm glad whoever's reading this has taken time to click on this thread. Now I will tell you my life story.. err, i mean problem. I'm trying to compress + convert my binaural beats sound files into a format that can be played on IPod shuffle, without any quality loss. So far it has rejected *.m4a, *.flac, *.wv files (all Lossless). Any suggestions?

ah okay, that was very helpful and you just gave me a list of things not to try. Now is there a way to compress wav files? yet keep the quality and still be able to play it on Shuffle.
If not, can anyone tell me the best format to use to get the most out of quality?
