[Help] Locked iPhone 5 [Help]

Hello guys,

I realy have a big problem :

My iPhone 5 is locked in activation screen where it is written to sign in with a configured apple id . Someone i don't know tried to change the password but i unfortunately have no longer access to my email.

So now i have a locked phone and no icloud/appleid ...

What can i do?
