lightning to phono

How are people connecting their lightning iPhones, iPads and iPods to their stereos? I can't find a lightning to phono lead anywhere.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1

Actually I think I mean RCA sockets rather than phono sockets. I just mean the usual connectors on the back of traditional stereo systems. I wish to play my iPhone 5 and iPad air music over my stereo. It should be easy but somehow it isn't!

why not just use the 3.5mm minijack to rca cables?
