My brother recently updated his ipad to ios7 and never had a screen lock password. But all of a sudden its asking for a password **** he has tried the usual 0000 etc but it disables itself for an hour or so..
has anyone had this problem & can help at all?? 😕

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, there is no way to save your iPads files. You have to restore your iPad. Connect your iPad to your PC or MAC. Open iTunes (if you don't already have iTunes, then you can download it for free on the apple website. When you see your device in the top right hand corner, select it. Then select restore device. This will delete all files and settings and revert it back to factory mode.
