If you can’t get your password reset via http://iforgot.apple.com and you don't have a rescue email address, or don't have access to that email account, then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the password and questions questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add/update a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If by 'email address just left' you are referring to your primary email address then you should also update that.
