Improve audio quality?
I have an audiobook download but the audio quality isn't too great, it's listenable but could be better so I was wondering if th equality can be improved on using iTunes?
Thanks

See if soundcheck is activated.
Try changing equalizer settings in iTunes. Booming bass and bright high frequencies suitable for pop music might not work will with midfrequency voice tones.
Depending upon the source of the audio, you may simply be faced with a low quality encode. Voice recordings are often encoded at really low settings in order to keep file size tiny, but sometimes they go too far and it really makes it barely listenable. What bitrate are the files using? I'd say anything below 56k will definitely be noticeable even for voice.
The audiobook has been converted from a CD to M4B format at 256 kbps.
