Mar 30, 2014 6:00 AM in response to Jthomas271by léonie,Is the shipping address you are entering in the same country as your billing address and the address you are using with your AppleID? The country of your AppleID and the shipping address must match.
Also, check the "Settings" app - perhaps you have enabled restrictions
(see: iOS: Understanding Restrictions (parental controls)).
