How can I limit the number of downloads (apps) in iOS

When you try to download multiple apps, those apps will take a queue to be downloaded, and it's set to be two apps at a time. I don't have a fast internet connection, and I don't want to manage manually which app to be first downloaded. How can I manage downloads and how can I set download limit to be one app at a time??
