I got a replacement ipjone and all my photos are on icloud how do I get them backon my phone?

Q: How do i get my photos back from an old device?
Set the same iCloud account up on the new device. All photos that are in the Photostream will appear.
If you backed up your old phone to iCloud, restore that backup onto the new phone too.
