I don't know why you posted this, but if you are trying to access your Apple ID and have two-step verification enabled, you will not be able to unless you have at least two of the following:
- Your Apple ID password
- Access to one of your trusted devices
- Your Recovery Key
Without two of these three you will not be able to access your ID. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5577 for details.
