I have a problem I forgot password for iCloud
How do I retrieve my password
Knowing that I do not know which email i used when I opened the account cloud and when I bought the new device backup from my old phon 4 to setup my new phon5 the same account I have two devices in the same iclaud one works and the other does not work

I don't know why you posted this, but if you are trying to access your Apple ID and have two-step verification enabled, you will not be able to unless you have at least two of the following:
