How do I set up a rescue email address ? As I have forgotten the answers to all of my questions and can't find the reset email , what should I do ?

Basically I have forgotten ALL three answers to my security questions and when I try to send a email to my rescue email , it is a email that is unknown to me and I don't even remember setting a rescue email so I need to reset or make a rescue email address and reset and change all three of my security questions as I need to be ablE to use my iTunes account as soon as possible , thank you, any ideas would be appreciated :)

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1

You won't be able to change your rescue address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset - use the link/number for your country on the HT5699 page that you posted from: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

When they've been reset you can then use steps 1 to 7 half-way down this page to update your rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

Why don't they allow to just change them by typing in your email, then get a verification thingy? Its so stupid, I don't want to have to call apple so I can do something...
