which non apple computer monitors are compatible with the Macbook air? thanks

I would like to to buy a non apple monitor for my Macbook air and would likwe to know if most are compattible with my Mac or are there specific ones that would work-thanks

Most monitors and/or HDTV's will work. You just need the correct adapter and cable.
