I have a mini pad ios 7 and when i am in fb or google or anything else,its "putting" me out,i have wfi and it"s working properly,i have this problem for 3 days now and i can"t do enything.please can someone tell my what's going on and how i can fix it?tha

Hello,i have i mini pad ios 7 and its "taking me of",every time i try to connect with fb or my page "passion for life",or google or games(except one or two,who they last only for a few seconds),almost everything,except for the whether or photos and videos(but i can"t yp loade them),App store and instagram.I have no problem with wifi,my bill it's payed and it"s working in my smartphone.Please can you tell me what"s going on and what i can do about it?thank you...
