Bought Logic 9 less than a year after X came out. Is there a special price for me to upgrade or what?

I feel like I just should have waited, especially since the gap between 9 and 10 seems big.

Logic Pro X, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

No.... There is no special upgrade pricing.

However.....

The cost of LPX Full version is the same as... or in many cases much less than... previous major upgrades cost.. so $200 for the full version of LPX is a good deal in comparison.
