Still having lag issues even while nothing else is open.

The only thing that shows up under Winsock Providers is Bonjour. Changing compatibility mode didn't work. Reseting winsock in command prompt did not work either. Nothing works.

Wish Apple would just get it together and fix this issue themselves.
