The back up on my iphone was completed. But when i tried to restore form icloud, some of the contents on icloud was missing (i.e. notes & contacts). Any help?

The back up on my iphone was completed. But when i tried to restore form icloud, some of the contents on icloud was missing (i.e. notes & contacts). Any help?

Notes and contacts are not normally restored from a backup because they should still be on the iCloud server (and appear on icloud.com). They should download to your phone when you sign back into your iCloud account and turn on iCloud syncing.
