Question about restoring?? March 30 2014

To make this as short as possible.... I messed up when I was importing my camera roll to my computer. I was thinking about restoring my iPhone from a previous backup (February) so that I can re-do the import with the photos/videos that I took up until that point. Does the restore affect my iTunes library or does it stay the same? Are apps, music, videos, camera roll, notepad, and contacts on my phone the only things that will be affected? Is this a bad idea?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4

Hi! You can factory reset your phone in settings, general, reset, reset all content and settings and on system set up on the iCloud section press restore from A previous time.
