I am ready to throw my apple tv out ,the **** thing always gives me problems to download a movie.

Loading issues are going to be related to your network.
What is your current connection, use speedtest.net
Go to istumbler (Mac) or netstumbler (PC) and get a report of the network. Look for signal strength and noise.
On Apple TV go to settings - general - network - configure DNS. It should be on automatic.
