Cannot retrieve past purchased album

hi, I went in the iTunes store and looked up an album I had downloaded before. It says I had already purchased it but I can't find it in my iTunes library. Can anyone help me? I tried almost all the methods already..

I am having the same problem, but I getting partial albums in My Music (in the cloud). When I go to Itunes, the full albums are still available. I can't repurchase because it is showing as "purchased". I have tried every methods, also. Please, advise.
