DWF to PDF converter be able to print plans

Help please I need to convert DWF to PDF and print plans from a builder. I was using MCDWIFF but it ceased operating 31 January 2014. I have asked all the IT professionals that I know and nobody seems to have a solution. Only answer I've been given is to buy a PC and install the CAD program that the builder uses. The builder is not willing to keep converting plans to PDF (frustrating it's only a few clicks of the mouse)...I am happy to pay for converter software

This is ongoing so I need something that will be permanent!

Auto Desk is apparently working on a solution this coming spring so the forums say but i need a solution today!

YOu can upload the .DWF File and convert it to a .PDF which can be saved to your mac and then printed.

This almost works perfectly, I only have one .DWF file to try, and it seems to put different layers on different pages

The other way is to join autocad 360, which is a cloud service (free) I was able to upload some .DWF plans and view them online, but they don't seem to offer any printing service. I scaled the viewer so it was as large as possible and used CMD + SHIFT + 4 on the mac to get a screen capture. I then printed the image in landscape. Its a bit of a workaround, but hopefully it helps...

If I find a good solution that is easy I'll post it here for you and others who might have the same problem. McDWIFF was working wonderfully and its very frustrating that they discontinued it.
