I put my iPhone on "Lost Mode" via Find My iPhone and when I found it, I thought I disabled "Lost Mode," yet now when I am trying to activate my phone, it still has a bad ESN. How do I fix this?

I tried to reactivate it today, but the ESN is bad, and my phone no longer appears on my Find My iPhone application, therefore, I cannot disable it. Thank you in advance for your help!!!!
