I'm having problems with my app, plants vs. zombies 2. It'll open and stay open for a few seconds then shut down. Help please.

Check to see if there are Updates available... If already up to date...

Try This...

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...

Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...

Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)

Release the Buttons...

Have you tried to force quit it?

Double tap the home button. The apps will line up on the screen. Scroll sideways if needed to bring the zombies app on the screen. Flick the preview for the app up and off hte screen. Single tap the home button to exit the mode then try your app again.

Most problems with apps can be solved in 2 ways.

1st. Close the app by double tapping the home button to bring up multitasking, swipe the game to close. Power the iPad off, then back on (hold down sleep wake button until slide to power off appears). Power it back on and retest.

If that doesnt resolve the issue, try deleting the app (tap and hold until the apps begin to wiggle, select the x for the app that is not working right to uninstall it). After the uninstall is completed, power the iPad off and on again, then redownload the app. Retest.

Delete the app from your iPad and then re download
