Can I require a password to deadmin a user account on my macbook pro?

So I have a macbook pro, and I wanted to know if there is a way to require the password of the user being deauthorized as admin when trying to deauthorize them. I share my macbook with other people, and they have admin privelegde too, but i was looking at system preferences and i can very eaily deauthorize them as admin without needing their password, and they can do the same to me. is there anyway around this? also note that i can still update my mcabook, i just have been procrastinating on that for over a year.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
