Q: What do I do if Apple Support never called when they were suppose to?

Im trying to use a gift card on my account for my new computer. It says I need to answer my security questions which I have no idea what the answer are. I put in report to have Apple Support call me right away and it confirmed saying I would recieve a call within two minutes. It has been over a half hour now and still no call.

I have the same issue as described above, and am still waiting for about an hour now. I tried your suggestion to contact Apple Support, but it takes me right back to the form where I leave my number for them to contact me. I did, however, schedule another "appointment" for tomorrow. Fingers crossed and hoping that I do get a call then.

If not, what do I do?

If that fails, call AppleCare phone number: (800)-694-7466 and ask for account security.
