Mail is locked on face page

Tried Sane mail. They froze mail when I didn't sign up when trial expired. When contacted and told my choice not to subscribe they replied my mail would be unfrozen after 2 attempts they again said it would be unfrozen. Then the face page for registration became locked. When I signed in a little pop up notice says already signed in but cannot open beyond sign in page.
