If an email has a link to a website and I click on it, nothing happens. How can I fix this? I have an iPad Air.

Are you sure that it is really a link?

If so, have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?

Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.

Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).

No data will be lost.

I had the same or similar problem. All of a sudden my email links to open safari were not working. Some Links in safari were not working either. Found the answer (at least for now) in another post:

In your user library/caches/ Go to com.apple.safari and find cache.db file. Moved the cache.db file from the com.apple.Safari folder to the Trash.

Relaunched Safari and try again.

Right now it seems to have taken care of the problem.
