Game Center scores

So I was playing cookie clickers a while ago, and I wanted to start the game completely over, wanting to reset my game and my Game Center ranking and achievements. I deleted my app and clicked remove from the Game Center removal warning. I then when to redownload my app, thinking that my progress was reset. I opened the app and went to the stats menu, and it said I was still ranked and still had the same progress. As my total cookies went up on the redownloaded app, Game Center would not add the progress. Any ideas? Thanks soooo much.
