It sounds like a few of your icons are not showing the correct thumbnail. I recommend starting by closing all the running apps:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that and restart the phone and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If the icons do not correct themselves after the restart, I would next delete the app and re install it with this info:
Remove the app from your device and reinstall it. Remember that deleting an app also deletes its data.
- Delete the app.
- Press the Home button.
- Go to the App Store and download the app again.
- Wait for the app to download, then open it from the Home screen.
If you see the issue again, contact the developer of the app for help:
- Find the app in the App Store.
- Tap the app and tap Reviews.
- Tap App Support.
