I have both iPhone 5 and 5s. Recently updated both to iOS 7.1. 4G started working on 5 but not on 5s. Both on same service provider. Both were on 3G before the 7.1 update. 5s does not even show the ‘Enable 4G’ option. Pls help and advise how to use/enable 4G on the 5s.

Mine does not have this option either. It does have "Enable LTE" - which is about synomous.
Yes. 'Enable LTE' amounts to the same as 'Enable 4G' but I continue to get 'Enable 3G' on the 5s.
Not getting any 4G/LTE option.... Any suggestions ?

When both the iPhone 5 and iPhone 5S were brand new, were they associated with the very same service provider? My guess is they were not.
They have been on the same service providers since purchase.
Did you purchase them both brand new - out of the sealed Apple box?
Yes. Both purchased brand new from Apple Online iStore.
