I have a problem my mac is a mac mini server i7 6ran and 1000gb hard drive but runs out of memory for applications and the newly formatie

You are obviously doing something wrong.
Is your hard drive nearly full? (You should really be using an external one).
How many apps have you got open? Close everything except FCP X.
Have you got Background Rendering switched on? Turn it off in the Preferences.
What kind of video format are you using? Is it full of effects and multi-tracks?
