Help with a formula for calculations

Hey Guys,

I'm trying to make a simple calculations table.

I got the main formulas working like a charm.

Now i want to set a maximum value at 43200, a when it goes over that value i want the cell or text to turn red, and if under that value green.

How can i achieve this?

select the cell there the calclation is and select the menu item:

"Format > Conditional Formatting"

Then set up like this:
