My iphone 5c has drop in the water so i toke it to someone and tried to clean it and boot
after booting the touch screen didn't work so i suggest to put it in rise in close box for 2 days. after 2 days,
everythings works well except touch screen not responding
so if you have any suggestion or ideas please let me know.

Did you opened the iPhone? If you did Apple will not touch it anymore.
If not, make an appointment with Apple genius bar for an Out of Warranty replacement for a fee.
Also ask them how much will it costs.
No, I didn't open the iphone
and for warranty, I don't think that apple will replace it because iphone drop in the water not under warranty.
