Movie Rental Help

Hi there,

I downloaded Pride and Prejudice from the Itunes store. It took about an hour to download and once it was complete I selected it from my rented movie library. It goes to full screen but it is just black. I click play and the time at the bottom does not move and there is no sound or picture! It is not playing. It expires in 36n hours and I have a project due tomorrow and the last aspect is to watch this movie so I need is desperately! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
